These courses focus on essential skills for becoming an effective Teacher Assistant, including:
Classroom Management – Learn how to support an organized, positive classroom and help students stay on task.
Discipline Strategies – Practice positive behavior techniques and learn how to respond to classroom challenges.
Exceptional Children (EC) Laws & Issues – Understand basic special education laws and how to support students with disabilities.
Technology & Computer Skills – Build essential computer and classroom technology skills used in schools today.
WorkKeys® Assessment Preparation – Strengthen workplace skills in reading, math, and problem-solving for the WorkKeys® assessment.
